Terms and Conditions:
All returns must be accompanied by a GF9 Return Authorization Number which may be obtained by calling GF9 Customer Service at (434) 978-7080 during our normal business hours. Returns will be accepted only within 30 days of purchase and only for exchange or GF9 Store Credit. GF9 Store Credit must be redeemed within 90days from issue date or becomes void. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred for any exchange or returns.
Shipping Charges:
We generally ship FedEx Ground unless something else is specifically requested. Shipping options and rates are available via the GF9 online store.
