I ordered these through the warstore about three years ago. I'm not sure if they've changed at all since then but I was pretty disappointed at the time. The tools were REALLY blunt and some of them were out of round.
I took a good file and sharpened them up and shaped them. Then I used a whetstone on them to take out the file marks.
It took a lot of work to make these tools really nice, but once I had them sharpened, they flat refused to let me down. The case they come in is really handy. The tools provide a nice range of abilities for the amatuer and intermediate artist.
If you own these, your next step is color shapers and advanced sculpting.
