Almost all International Orders are shipped via Federal Express's International Mail Service. The International Mail Service managed by FedEx ships packages through the Swiss Postal System. Most of our International parcels are shipped on Friday. Once we ship the packages they take about 7 -10 business days to process and hit the customer's local country postal service. At that point the length of time varies dependent upon the customer's own country's postal system. Our rule of thumb has been roughly four (4) weeks maximum for an international order to arrive at its location. We have no means to track the package. Customers are responsible for all customs fees and duties; sometimes customs clearances can lead to unforeseeable delays.
